I have spent so many happy hours in this lovely little pub, round the coal fire. I lived for many years as a single lad at 66 Walmgate, and after a night out on the tiles, it was a lovely refuelling stop on the way home. Oh happy days! I spent most of my bachelor night out in there with my old pal John Proud, but that is another story. Watch this space.
